"How do I go about booking an event? " : From any of our web pages you will see a "Check Availability" link.  Click on that link ( figure 1) and once you enter a date and it is available you will then be guided through the online quote generator (figure 2). After you generate a quote, you can then book the event by clicking on "Book Online" or adjust the quote as necessary (figure 3) and print out the contract which you will sign (figure 4). From there please give us a call or email to either schedule an in-home/in-office consultation. Of course, if you prefer booking over the phone we can do that also.

"How are payments scheduled? " : The deposit is collected during the initial consultation unless the deposit was paid online. The remaining balance is due the day of the event before the start of the event.

"What is the Client Login for and how do I access it? " : Once an event is booked an email will be sent providing a password to the client area (figure 5). The client area will allow you to set up your music requests for the event (figure 6), fill out an online planning form (figure 7), fill out an online event timeline for your event (figure 8), pay off your remaining balance through our payment gateway (figure 9), fill out a satisfaction survey we perform at the event, provide a link to our online party supply web site, and also have the ability to fill out general correspondence forms.

Note: Please ensure that "Save My List" and then "Submit My List" are clicked every time

you are finished adding songs to your request list. There are actually three playlists: A Must Play list,

a Play if Possible list, and a Do Not Play list. Feel free to add whatever songs to either list by

clicking on the respective "Add" button.

You will also receive an email for your guests to have them put their input on the playlist
